Virtual Banner Submission

Scottdale Heroes ButtonEven though our banner program has completed for 2022, you can still submit a ‘Scottdale Hero’ to our website.

Honorees will be added to the list of heroes that have physical banners already displayed in town. There is no cost to make a submission. Any person, living or deceased, that has served in the military, as a first responder, or a community contributor in Scottdale or the surrounding areas can be submitted for addition.

There is no deadline for submissions to the virtual banner program so feel free to submit someone at your leisure.

 
VIRTUAL BANNER HONOREE

If possible (and encouraged), you can include a biography of the honoree including achievements, awards, decorations, or historical data.

You can upload a photo of the honoree here. Please submit the clearest photo available. If you do not have a photo, we will create a placeholder for the honoree.

HONOREE CONSENT FORM I hereby grant permission to the Scottdale Heroes to utilize my name and picture for the Scottdale Heroes Virtual Banner Program. (If signed by someone other than the honoree, the person signing represents that he or she has authority to sign on behalf of the honoree, and agrees to defend and indemnify the Scottdale Heroes from all claims and liability for its reliance on the signer’s authority. Typing your name signifies your signature.)
